Biomedical Device — CSF Leptin Delivery
DialyCare Leptin Pump
Led development of an implantable pump delivering leptin into cerebrospinal fluid to prevent Type II diabetes. Full parametric CAD assembly in SolidWorks with custom silicone bellow for controlled low-flow drug delivery. Engineered to deliver 0.3 mL/day over 6 months within ±0.1 mL accuracy. Prototyped using 3D-printed ABS and moulded platinum-cured silicone with leak testing and failure analysis.

Consumer Product Design — Rapid Prototyping
Headrest Phone & Hook Mount
Designed to make the backseat of a car more comfortable and organized. A headrest-mounted holder that keeps phones secure, provides hooks for small items, and clamps directly onto existing headrest posts — no tools required. Used rapid prototyping to refine fit, strength, and usability across multiple iterations.
